In Remembrance
Patricia A. Jacklovich Pat was one of the founders of the Peru Ambulance Service in September of 1980. She became the Executive Director in 1984 and remained Executive Director until her untimely death on September 26, 2003 while at a JEMS Education Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada. Pat was an EMT Intermediate, a wife, a mother of three, and a grandmother of five. Pat was such an asset to our service, our loss has been devastating. We do our work in her memory. Not a day goes by that we don't miss her.
