EMS Week 2009
A big THANK YOU to everyone who came to see us at the Peru Mall during EMS
Week. Having an ambulance inside the Mall was fun and the kids (and some adults)
really enjoyed the ambulance tours. We will try to put up some picture soon.

Peru EMS will be at the Kids Fishing Tournament at Lock 14 LaSalle beginning
at 9AM

Peru EMS proudly provides 24-hour emergency care to the
residents of
Peru, LaSalle, Peru Township, and Dimmick Township.
We are a not-for-profit organization that is non-taxing.
This means we levy no taxes to pay for services or
equipment. We maintain a minimum
of four Emergency Medical Technicians ready to respond to your emergency 24
hours every day, seven days a week, 365 days a year!
In addition, we staff another ILS ambulance and crew at LaSalle Fire
Station during the peak daytime hours for a better response time to the east
side of LaSalle. Besides responding to emergencies, we contribute our
medical services to community events, such as parades, numerous
run/walk/bike events, baseball tournaments, Fourth of July. and educational
activities at our schools. We
provide CPR certification and recertification to local first responders,
fire departments, and CNA classes at the area vocational center.
These classes are also available to area industries and businesses.
